Summer Mini Camps!

Registrations from families who are currently active in the Preschool, alumni families, and members of St. John's Lutheran Church will be included in a lottery drawing on January 25.  All other registrations will be included in our second lottery drawing on February 29.  An Open House for new families will be held on February 19.  More information on this date will be available soon.

Registration forms are available in the Preschool office, the Church office and on this web-site. Please note there is a separate form for each age level. Please make your class choices according to what is best for your child as well as your personal schedule. It is not known at this time who will be teaching each of the classes, but rest assured that any St. John’s Lutheran Preschool teacher or aide will be of exceptional quality.

Families not currently attending the preschool must pay the registration fee and one month’s tuition at the time of registration. Please refer to the 2008/2009 Tuition/fee Schedule. The registration fee is non-refundable after it is turned in to the preschool, unless your child is not placed in a class. After June 30, the tuition becomes non-refundable.

Each year St. John's Lutheran Preschool makes available a limited amount of funds for families in need of financial aid. Application forms are available in the Preschool Office and are due back by Friday, February 15 for early consideration.

Listed below are the classes offered for each age level. Morning classes meet from 8:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. and afternoon classes meet from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. We are very excited to offer the 5 day Enrichment Program for our 3 year olds.  Students will be enrolled in 2 different 3 year old classes, MW and TThF 3 year old morning classes, thus attending 5 mornings a week. Note that we continue to offer a class on Friday mornings for children 18 months to 29 months old accompanied by a responsible adult. This one-hour class will be facilitated by a teacher and an aide. Activities include movement and music, stories, arts and crafts, snacks, and playtime. We also have an Extended Day program.

To be eligible to be in a 4-year-old class, a child must be 4 by September 1, 2008. To be in a 3-year-old class a child must be 3 by September 1, 2008. To be in a 2-1/2 year old class, a child must be 2 in March 2008 or earlier. To be in a Toddler class, a child must be 1 in March 2007 or earlier.
